At Maddy Custom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all custom tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new custom exchange within 5-7 business days.
